This sanctuary is a lighthouse for those who feel lost, a beacon to return home to their inner knowing. This is a temple of remembrance to feel truly safe in believing in yourself, and the power of your mind. This is the place you come to when the universe turns off the lights, when you distance yourself from toxicity, when you feel overwhelmed, when you finally make that leap of faith and need clarity or support in any aspect of your life.

Soluna is a space where women reclaim their voice, their desires, their happiness. We choose to balance the light (sol) and the dark (luna) and see both elements equally as important in the journey of our growth. It is a home where we aim to reframe & rewire your existence, break free from your day-to-day mindset, to escape that mundane comfortability and push you into expansion, into creating what you have always dreamed - a stable and loving outlook for this world, yourself and the people around you.

We are here to support, not divide. We are here to focus on love and honour the teachings of our shadows. We are here to hold you when nobody else would. We are here to tell you that you're not broken, simply bent by the breeze of your perception of life.

Soluna is a place for women to learn to balance the light and darkness within their body, mind & spirit. Energy does not hold religion - It is what we are made of, pure love & light.

Our centre has 3 healing rooms that will be filled with many modalities such as reiki, sound healing, breathwork coaches, spinal energetics, and many other types of one-on-one sessions.

We integrate community with locals offering social media courses, craft nights, therapeutic karaoke, entrepreneur mingles, group healing sessions like sound baths, journey days or guided meditations and sound much more planned for this beautiful and sacred space.

We are strictly non-dogmatic, non-judgemental and support belief systems of ALL walks of life. We are here to remind you that you paint your own reality from within, each colour is your own choices. We do not judge - we reflect. We choose support, honour boundaries & help reshape how we view that finished painting and how we can always paint a new one if we no longer like a certain shade, that last brush stroke, or even the whole foundational canvas.

We are here to create. We are here to remember what truly makes us happy. We are here to learn that "no" you have been putting off leads to sacred yeses.

Her name is finally born, and I feel Mother's Day is a fitting moment to honour the rise of this space that will hold and help women of all walks of life.
We reframe light (sol) & darkness (luna) into a beautiful dance of balance and choose to see the beauty in the lessons of our shadows and remember to hold onto our own light during those times.
We are here to reflect on what boundaries need to be placed and where we need to soften, let go & allow our inner love and inner voice to always come first.
This is more than a gathering space

Have you ever felt the ache of isolation, as if no one could truly hear the frequency of your soul? Have you dimmed your voice to avoid disrupting the comfort of others, swallowing your truth just to keep the peace? Were your dreams ever called “crazy” by those unable to see the vision only you were born to carry—and did you quietly set them down, believing you had to walk alone?

Have you ever looked in the mirror and wondered where YOU went?

These are not truths you were born with. These are borrowed beliefs—imprints from moments where you accepted someone else’s perception as your own. When you abandoned your inner compass in exchange for safety, when you chose the familiar over the fire of your truth, you didn’t lose yourself… but you tucked her away.

You are not too much. You are not broken. You are not wrong for feeling deeply. What you are—what we all are—are beings of light, carrying layers of unhealed pain that no longer belong to us.

You were never meant to look outward for permission. You were always designed to return inward. Your soul has whispered through tear-streaked showers, through the hush of the forest, through the way the stars shimmer a little differently when you look up—because you still remember. The universe bends and breathes with you. You are not here to run on empty to endlessly pour from a depleted cup. You need to put your cup first, it is time to make that leap that feels right to you in the face of adversity, to disrupt the loops, to reclaim the parts of you that others told you to quiet.

It took immense dedication to walk away from everything I once built in order to create this sacred space for our city—and I’ve never felt more aligned with the future of women in Saint John.

This is more than a spiritual center. It’s a place for deep connection—with yourself and with others. Through guided meditations, group workshops, and energy healing, you’ll begin to remember who you are. But it’s also a space to simply be—where women can gather, chat, and find genuine friendship and support.

Whether you join us for pet therapy nights, postpartum mom circles, craft evenings, or entrepreneurship meetups, there’s no shortage of chances to find your people.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for judgment, dogma, or divisive conversations—whether political or religious. This is a space of love, not preaching. Venting is more than welcome, but this space isn't a space to focus on the negativity. It is a place to practice gratitude and love for each other. We fight hate with love & light ✨️

Because at the end of the day, we’re all navigating life’s challenges—and we all deserve to be held, heard, and respected, no matter our hardships or things we have done.

It allows for private breastfeeding and helps make it more comfortable for the parents! It is a beautiful space and doubles as a place for bright lifestyle photos.

These gorgeous girls were a part of our ✨️ girls just wanna have sun✨️ styled shoot that @whatspoppinfreddy and I did together. This body positive day was filled with women owned small businesses and was one of the largest collaborative content day packed with so many beautiful women who were able to let go for the day and just celebrate being girls. Fun fact : most of these girls were strangers from our model call! We can't wait to plan our next collab!

Ever wonder why we charge what we charge for our photos? Not only does our pricing include the time to cull and edit, but it also covers our experience level, liability insurance, subscription fees for our many softwares and e-contracts, marketing, and taxes.

For me, I love to shoot underexposed and mask everything instead of using a flash outside to properly expose both the subject and sky. Yes, it would take much less time editing, but I honestly love the soft look the natural light gives and don't want to carry my flash off camera.
But that's what I love about photography - we are all so different, and we each have a unique way of capturing these stories, and these small differences make a huge impact on how our images look, but both are equally as beautiful in their own seperate ways ❤️

This will be my third time returning for these minis, and I can't wait to see how beautiful their gardens are this year! This is a perfect activity to keep busy kids happy for a session, or even a couples date. Each session, we pick our bouquet during the session.
